I have been seeing since yesterday that everyone is saying “speak up” if you have some problem. I want to say that most of the time depression happens when people find it difficult to share their feelings. During my life Coach sessions or any psychiatric will do multiple therapies to understand what’s really going inside. So don’t expect that when you just say speak to me and they will share it. You have understand by they behaviours and actions.
So it is very much important for all of us to be more vigilant for the people around us. They will not say but you can find it out by observing
1. What words they are using while talking
2. Are they avoiding social activities by giving reasons everytime.
3. Don’t go on face value; eyes talk more than face or words.
4. While they are watching something or reading a post observe their emotions and reactions.
When you see something wrong on the above then please please dont leave that person alone. Make sure you or someone else is always there with them.
It is important to understand what is unsaid. Just be there on their side and make them feel they are not alone.
